KBA/NBA SCHOOLS OF BANKING
Banker-driven, skills-based education. Co-owned by the Kansas and Nebraska Bankers Associations, the Schools of Banking has been providing quality, cost-effective education for bankers for over 55 years. Week-long schools are offered in the areas of compliance, lending principles, banking fundamentals, ag lending, trust and financial services, commercial lending and general banking, along with three-day schools on relationship management and operations. Since 1965, the Schools of Banking has educated over 20,000 bankers from 27 states.
Graduate Banking Schools
KBA is pleased to have a close affiliation with two graduate schools serving bankers in Kansas and throughout the country. These leadership development programs provide the tools you need to be successful in your banking career. We strongly encourage our member banks to make graduate school studies a key component in their management development efforts.
