FACILITATED ONLINE TRAINING COURSES
ABA In-House Training can deliver quality, in-house training programs. If your bank needs specific internal training, contact KBA and discuss how to deliver that training effectively.
Member banks must meet three requirements for in-house training:
(1) A site conducive to learning, such as a bank training program room or board room.
(2) A qualified instructor. ABA keeps a list of qualified instructors, or bank employees may make instructor recommendations.
