ABA In-house Training (Formerly AIB)

AIB can deliver quality, in-house training programs.  If your bank needs specific internal training, contact KBA and discuss how to deliver that training effectively.  Your bank must meet three requirements for in-house training:  (1) A site conducive to learning, such as a bank training program room, board room, high school classroom, community room, etc. (2) A qualified instructor.  AIB keeps a list of qualified instructors, or bank employees may make instructor recommendations. (3) A minimum number of participants. In-house training is a cost-effective way to train your employees.

ABA Certificates Available

For further information on any of the programs, contact Becky Milne at bmilne@ksbankers.com or 785-232-3444.
